Your subscription will usually be put on hold if the payment failed when we tried to renew your subscription. You can click here to read about why your payment may have failed.
We will automatically try to charge you again every 24 hours up to a total of 5 times unless you manually submit payment for your renewal order. You can manually submit payment by following the steps below:
- Log into your Sage Goddess account
- Go to SUBSCRIPTIONS under MY ACCOUNT
- Click on VIEW next to the subscription on hold
- Scroll down to RELATED ORDERS and click on PAY next to the failed renewal order
- Enter all required checkout information and click on SUBSCRIBE
Please note, your subscription will automatically cancel if the payment continues to fail and payment has not been manually submitted within 7 days of the last renewal date.
