I received a refund but I still don’t see it on my bank account, what should I do?

Please allow at least 3-5 business days for your refund to show up on your account but please note, some credit card companies may take up to 30 days to post refunds.

If you have multiple credit/debit cards attached to your Sage Goddess account, please make sure that you have checked all of your accounts. 

If you paid for the refunded order using PayPal or Zip then the refund is processed through them and you may want to check your PayPal or Zip account for the refund. 

Please submit a support ticket here if you still don't see your refund after 30 days.
