What is a grid, and how do I lay one?

Gridding is a powerful and beautiful way to use multiples of certain gemstones to achieve a desired outcome. If you watch my video  you will see that I work in multiples of FOUR because the Medicine Wheel has four cardinal directions: North, South, East, and West.
