We're really sorry if an item in your order became backordered. Backorders happen due to various reasons such as our inventory became damaged, a technical bug caused the item to oversell, etc.
We will do our very best to get more of the backordered item and ship to you. If that becomes possible then we will send you an email with tracking information the moment your treasure ships. If we're unable to get more of the backordered item within 1 month then we will notify you via email and issue a refund.
If you don't wish to wait then we're happy to offer an exchange to another treasure of equal value. You can submit a support ticket here to request an exchange.
